| The factory and technology hub created as part of our design process are fundamentally connected both in principle and in practice. When the hub makes a visit to Baeza for cacao transportation or otherwise, it is deployed as an educational technology unit. A small outdoor amphitheatre surrounds the space between the two wings of the factory, and may house audiences for movie showings or presentations. Additionally, the hub can act as an extention of the computer training room for class purposes or providing increased internet access to tourists and visitors. |
