| Our plan was designed to move cacao, visitors, workers, and the TechTruck naturally through the space while maintaining an organic form and unique experience. Workers will have wide views across the outdoor marketplace and courtyard at all times. Visitors will be able to relax and warm up in the lobby before learning about each step in chocolate-making. The TechTruck will drop off cacao beans in the first storage room before opening up as an educational center in front of the amphiteatre. Finally, cacao will travel from bean to bar before being placed into storage, placed back onto a truck, or sold directly in the cafe. |
