The layout of our factory space allows Kallari to produce chocolate efficiently and sustainably while showcasing the unique process to visitors and tourists. The workspaces are laid out so the process can be completed linearly, and rooms are divided according to temperature and humidity requirements. In the circulation hallway, visitors will be able to view each step of the process and sample the product at several points to observe the effect of each stage on the taste. The sawtooth roof will bring indirect daylight into the workplace to improve the working environment without overheating the cool spaces.
